Regional Mobilizer

A Regional Mobilizer serves as a key representative of Mission Quest within the United States, responsible for developing strategic partnerships with churches, ministry leaders, and individuals for the purpose of recruiting and mobilizing missionaries. This role focuses specifically on engaging U.S.-based churches and individuals to identify, disciple, and deploy qualified missionaries to areas where Mission Quest is expanding its ministries.
Each Regional Mobilizer is assigned to one of three regions within the United States (West, Central, or East) and is responsible for building a strong network of relationships within that region. The goal is to cultivate a consistent pipeline of missionary candidates who are prepared, equipped, and aligned with the mission and theological convictions of Mission Quest.
The ideal candidate is a mature follower of Christ, deeply aligned with Mission Quest’s theological convictions and mission. He or she is relationally driven, proactive, and able to communicate a compelling vision for missions with clarity, conviction, and pastoral sensitivity.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with U.S.-based churches, pastors, ministry leaders, and individuals within the assigned region

Recruit and mobilize prospective missionaries from within the United States

Guide candidates through the process of discernment, preparation, and application for missionary service

Represent Mission Quest at churches, conferences, and ministry gatherings across the assigned region

Clearly communicate Mission Quest’s vision, ministry opportunities, and expansion needs

Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with strategic ministry expansion

Maintain consistent follow-up with churches and prospective missionaries
Qualifications:

Must be based in the United States

Demonstrated commitment to Christ and a life consistent with biblical character

Strong alignment with Mission Quest’s doctrinal convictions and mission

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to build and sustain meaningful relationships

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Experience in ministry, missions, or church leadership preferred
